Duties:
- Rendering secretarial and administrative support to the Component Head.
- Filing of documents in terms of procedures of dealing with SAPS registry.
- Type reports, letters and monitoring flow of documents to the office of the Head.
- Typing documents accurately for the Head in terms of procedures dealing with classified documents as per Minimum Information Security Standards (MISS).
- Administrate diary, meetings and host of visitors of the Head.
- Keeping of the Component Head’s diary appropriately and schedule appointments for meetings successfully.
- Book venues for meeting, fetch visitors at reception area and preparation of refreshments.
- Arrange travelling and subsistence allowance matters of the Head.

Education
Matric (grade 12) obtained in 2007.
End User Computing Certificate obtained in 2011.
Computerized Secretarial Practice Certificate obtained in 2011.
