About Mezz Mawawa:
I'm currently employed as a Fleet Bureau Administrator and my duties include - but not limited to actively managing the Fleet Bureau programme in order to achieve set objectives, responsible for the day to day vehicle monitoring and vehicle tracking activities. I co-ordinate, track and monitor vehicles - driver communication and dealing with drivers addressing speeding, route deviations and excessive idling.
I ensure clients receive their historical driver activity logs and reports including cost and efficiency reports such as driver behavior, fuel utilization, distance traveled, fuel evaluations, risk management summaries, fleet productivity and movements etc. I perform weekly health checks on clients' vehicles and schedule maintenance based on their availability.
Furthermore, I pride myself in the ability to administer tasks, I'm a quick learner, excellent in articulating information, I'm a self starter, team player and I'm proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel. I'm currently looking for a new challenge and I would like to be considered for this position. I am available to start as soon as I'm required.
Experience
