 Chef for over 6 years with experience working in the U.S.A. I have always wanted to become a culinary lecturer and have obtained an assessors qualification in 2022 to assist in achieving my goals. I enjoy sharing my knowledge of food and skills with others as I believe anyone can cook and open up their creative side with the right mentor and practice.
