Mahlatse Malatji

While earning my Degree and BA (Hons) in Public Administration under the department of public management and leadership for the last four years, I have worked as tutor, administrative and projects officer, and a student leader. I have guided student-focused initiatives and tutored undergraduates to promote a good attitude toward higher education. I exhibit my curiosity in that I am well-versed in global geopolitics and have a fantastic attitude toward researching numerous superpowers and our nation's management and administration. As a result, I completed various applied learning features during my degree and gained valuable project management experience, time management skills, and teamwork abilities. Having a strong interest in the administration of public affairs and the leadership of our nation, as well as a strong desire for my personal growth and development, I decided to continue my education and concentrate more on research.

I've spent more than three years working in the higher education sector as an intermittent lecturing assistant, student leader, and tutor with the primary goals of supporting faculty program expansion, giving students additional teaching and learning support, and working as a research assistant to address issues affecting higher education institutions.
