My name is Melicia and I'm thrilled to introduce myself as a seasoned Administration and Finance professional. 

With experience spanning across all areas of property, I've had the privilege of working for companies such as Pepkor Properties, Faircape Properties and Capital Land Property and Asset Management to name a few, gaining invaluable insights into the inner workings of Retail, Commercial, Residential and Industrial Property Management.

I have 23 years Admin and Finance experience with 20 of these years being in Property makes me the ideal candidate for this position. 

I have a wide range of experience within the Property Industry. I have worked for the tenant, landlord and agent specializing in Property Admin and Finance. 

Strong attention to detail and implementation of processes to meet deadlines and save capacity.
