I started working on IT field from 2019 until 2023 these are my achievements, 

*End Host installation and configurations such as Computers, NVR, VOIP, Printers and Servers. 

*Windows Server 2016,2019 and 2022( Setting up Active Directory, DNS, Azure , Files and  storage such NAS, Domain Controller management and PC adding to Domain with selected group policie). 

• Deployment  of Microsoft Office Business 365 from cloud and local. 

• Adding Client Desktops to Domain  

*Help Desk Support where clients remotely assisted with Software, hardware and network challenges. With use of Remote desktop applications such as TeamViewer, any desk, Telnet or SSH. 

*Networking,  

- I Started with LAN setup which includes Rack mounted Servers with Top of Rack switches, Routers from Cisco, MikroTik, Hawaii, Vodacom and many more.  

• Computers interconnection via UTP cables, 

• Creating UTP cables, RJ45 Wall Box  with appropriate color codes and tools. 

• Cable Dressing with neatness  

• using Single mode Fibre and Multi mode Fibre with Smal form factors into SFP ports
