Records Management Officer

I am currently a recent graduate in BCom information management and currently working as a Records Management intern at the South African Civil Aviation Authority. I have worked in an office environment for almost two years where I gained experience performing general office duties such as answering phones, setting up appointments, ordering Stationary, liaising with our courier service provider, Post purchase invoicing and answering questions and providing clients with basic information. I also greeted clients with a smile and friendly attitude and helped to create a pleasant and welcoming environment
