I have 4 years of retail experience Cotton On Group. 3 years as an administrator/ quality assurer Department of Education. 2 years as a call centre agent Merchants (Comcast). I have sales and Marketing experience. With my experience I maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer experience standard and analysing and resolving customer quality
