Sherwyn Roberts

My name is Sherwyn Roberts.I have predominantly worked in the IT sector as a Support Technician at a senior level. Most times my role is to resolve problems on site but at times escalate bigger problems to the System Engineers to resolve. Whilst working as Customer Service and Support Consultant at Banks, I too worked mostly with online and Internet Banking, servicing and solving problems. In every position I’ve held, I have serviced clients and pride myself on doing this very well and with great ease as I believe I have great communication skills and work well with people. I have thoroughly enjoyed working in this sector as it is always evolving and changing and as such requires constant learning and growth.I have a strong technical and administrative background. I am very hands-on and possess great aptitude for problem solving; I also work fast and efficiently, and am truly reliable. As I continue my work search, I am looking for a role, within a thriving organization where I can continue to grow and develop.
