About Marika du Toit:

Finding practical solutions that are cost effective is my passion. Being creative, hard working and developing  diverse skills are what I pride myself on. I look at problems, get my hands dirty and scrutinise my work/the work of others until it not only solves the problem presented; it looks great in the process! I am an entrepreneur at heart and I have been working towards having a successful design and fine art business. I would like a company/team to give me a chance. 

Experience

I jave been studying for 6years on my BAFA and my MAFA. On that time I have completed an internship at the University of Pretoria under the art education department, been a part time gallery manager, freelanced as a fine artist (pet/animal portraits and linocut prints), designed graphics and websites for clients,  received an interior design certificate, started teaching english as a second language and received various certificates through LinkedIn learning.

Education

I am currently busy with my MAFA on interactive process-based exhibitions in South Africa and I hope to finish it in December.
