I have gained almost 3 years experience in HR department and 2 years experience as Administrator. Working as HR admin, I am responsible for processing new appointments, terminations, promotions and transfers on sage 300. I responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding of employers by doing interviews and terminations packs. Understanding BBBEE, LRA, BCEA, COIDA and SDA. Being a mediator between employees conflicts, handling disciplinary and hearings and represent the company at CCMA. Support compliance with health and safety regulations.
