I am currently working as HR Administrator, with National N Diploma in Management Assistant and N6 certificate in Human Resources Management. I have gained almost 3 years experience in HR department and 2 years experience as Administrator. I am more result driven lady who likes challenges that able me to grow and step out of my comfort zone. I take pride in any tasks given to me and aim to deliver the best results and meet deadlines. 

Experience

Working as HR admin, I am responsible for processing new appointments, terminations, promotions and transfers on sage 300. I responsible for on-boarding and off-boarding of employers by doing interviews and terminations packs. Understanding BBBEE, LRA, BCEA, COIDA and SDA. Being a mediator between employees conflicts, handling disciplinary and hearings  and represent the company at CCMA. Support compliance with health and safety regulations.
