What describes me best: Regarding my skills, I am a people's person, good listener, pay attention to detail, good in identifying needs, work well in a team and just as well alone.
Regarding my education: I have all the necessary degree's and courses behind me from Honours in Marketing and PR to my Commercial credits, although there still is one or two that I plan to engage in. PR is one of my areas of expertise as well as sales, retention, customer care, etc.
Regarding my experience: I have worked with people all my life - been PR, Consultant, Broker, Manager, Account Executive from retail through to insurance face to face and call centre.
I have hosted functions, programmes, training, presentations etc. I have built up broker units turning non-supporters to supporters in record time. I understand the process in analysing the brokers needs and how to turn potential supporters into supporters so that it is beneficial to both parties.

Although I have been selling and underwriting commercial business under supervision for quite some time, I finished my credits last year June (2020).
I am currently busy with my KI - worked through the material already, and need to write the test now.
