About Mantombi Johanna Selepe:

I have been in the gaming industry for nearly 24 years. I am currently a Gaming Floor Manager within Sun International. I started as a trainee dealer and moved up the ranks over the years.

Over the years I have been involved in recruitment, training, disciplinary enquiries, among other duties that I am performing. I have been the department's scheduling personnel and doing payroll since 2015. At the time it was done manually and it changed in 2017 when Kronos was introduced. In Sun International we use the Kronos and Peoplesoft system for payroll purposes. Leave applications are made on Peoplesoft and captured on Kronos. 

I have been passionate about training. Through development we become better and evolve. When you develop it is easier to adapt because you are eager to learn something new and become a better you.

I currently hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.

I work for Sun International at Carnival City as a Gaming Floor Manager. I started with the company as a Trainee dealer and moved up the ranks to the position of Gaming Floor Manager. I have been with the company for nearly 24 years.
