I am a seasoned public servant with a good track record in managing complex administration functions and creating synergy between different line functions as well as placing corporate services at the lead in coordinating the activities of line departments around the business strategy in order to facilitate and drive efficiencies that give rise to outstanding organizational performance. 

I am passionate about service delivery and organizational performance.  I view and treat corporate services as the engine that brings together all the resources and talent of the business organization, coordinate and monitor overall performance, and takes responsibility for developing the organization into a centre of growth and excellence.

-I started my career with government at SASSA performing all manner of general administrative duties together with service delivery (social grants administration).

-I joined local government in 2012 as manager: support services in the Office of the Unit Head.  Here I performed not just general adminsitrative duties but was also responsible for coordinating the functions of Deputy Heads and their departments and profiling an organisation wide picture of performance of the Engineering Services Unit.

-In 2013, I joined the City of Ekurhuleni as Divisional Head: Support Services.  This was a senior position with lots of responsibilities.  It was at this position that I managed to demonstrate my talents in managing complex administration functions and spearheading changes to departmental structural arrangements, business processes, and overall performance culture. 

-After the end of the contract in 2017, the City of Ekurhuleni offered me a position of Senior Manager: Commercial Clients and Stakeholder Management within the Environmental Services Department.  Here, I sharpened my skills in working with external role players and key business clients.
