I am very goal driven & I do not like being unsure of how something works, so I ask a lot of questions. I am of the opinion that one should rather ask than to make mistakes & then it results in a bigger problem. 

I am not impulsive & like to think things through before making a choice & I am a fast learner that likes new challenges. I love working with people and I love working in team, but can function as a solo-player too.
