My positions and duties were as follows:
1. Customer Service Administrator (Claims and
Complaints)
Sep 2015 — May 2016
• Comply with CRM logging on and off process Comply with the start and
end communication process on CRM using required scripting to meet
customer service KPIs.
• Provide customers with product and service information.
• Capture information and verify accuracy.
• Resolve cases within the 5 days KPI Handle and resolve customer
queries.
• Identify and escalate priority issues (case managemement)
2. Transaction Processing Operator (Invoice
Verification)
Jul 2014 — Oct 2024
• Validate and process invoices.
• Manually recover VLN to ensure maximum collection on violator accounts.
• Meet productivity and scheduled adherence target in accordance with the
service delivery standards.
• Search for the latest data using different entities e.g enatis, transunion.
• Update electronic register (daily, weekly and monthly).
• Update performance report
• Monitor system performance and compile hourly report.
