Malwande Thimle

A 28 year old male nurse who obtained his Nursing Degree at University of Fort Hare, further done NIMART. Started working at St Elizabeth Hospital as Midwife from 01 February 2018 to 31 October 2020 and moved to a Primary healthcare facility from 02 November 2020 to date. 

As a midwife I was appointed to conduct deliveries, notify the Doctors about any emergencies in Labour ward, monitor the progress of Labour, care for a newborn baby and referral of abnormalities and emergencies in newborn babies.

As a NIMART certified nurse I am doing HIV counseling and testing, initiate those who've been found positive on treatment and make sure they suppress by monitoring their treatment. Also doing antenatal clients.
