I recently completed a Diploma in Contact Center Management, 
December 2022, I was privileged to receive the opportunity to do my
three months Experiential learning at City of Tshwane Municipality,
within the section of Revenue Recovery Center (outbound call
center) which was extended with another three months due to my
excellent work, commitment and desire to learn more.
 

The opportunity has been an eye opener to the practical
experience at a workplace. Whereby I have gained adequate
telephonic communication skills, teamwork, managing a work or
project within deadline, proper administration as foundation for every work on hand.

Most importantly I have learnt that there are broader opportunities for
growth within the working environment, I am open and willing to take any job opportunity related to my field of study, as I’m keen to explore
different dynamics within the business until I find my role of interest.
