I recently retired (on February 1, 2024) following a varied career in human resources that began in 2001. I started as a Skills Development Facilitator and advanced to HR management. My enthusiasm is rooted in skills development and industrial relations. I possess practical experience in overseeing learnerships, apprenticeships, and graduate development programs, as well as conducting BBBEE verification, and handling grievance and disciplinary matters, including representation at bargaining councils and the CCMA. Moreover, I have conducted training sessions, profiled roles, graded jobs, and recruited talent.
