In my current role as Operations Manager, for 10years, before that Supervisor, I oversee the handling customer 
questions, queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. By providing quality service to clients, I was able to spread enthusiasm and positive attitudes in my department. I'm passionate about building professional relationships, helping my Agents to succeed, set shared goals and encourage my team.

In my current role as Operations Manager, I oversee the handling customer 
questions, queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. By providing 
quality service to clients, I was able to spread enthusiasm and positive word of 
mouth across the Oil Companies. This let to my Company being awarded with 
different tenders.
I take pride in conducting myself in a professional manner when representing the 
company. I thoroughly enjoy getting to know customers and figuring out how best 
to serve their needs. When starting my career I worked my way up through the 
ranks starting as a call centre agent to Operations manager. 
 

I recently obtained my Call Centre Management Diploma, covering Call centre management 1+2/ 
Operations Management 1+2, Peoples Management and Operations management 
(Commercial Environment) 

My current role is that of Call Centre /Operations Manager at TSG /Tokheim SA and with the Company for 12 years.
