Lynn Kleinsmith

I am a seasoned HR professional with 15 years in HR leadership roles within multinational companies.  I have experience within FMCG, IT services, Retail and Investment Banking sectors.  I have worked in complex fast paced organisation, developed and led teams and have transformed operating models and organisational cultures.  I am passionate about people development and believe that if employees are motivated and focused on developing their strengths that they produce their best work.

I have experience in leading the HR function within a country and multiple countries across geographies.  I have a broad generalist background and have covered all areas of HR including compensation modelling, policy establishment, HR governance from design to implementation.  I have many years of talent management and talent acquisition experience and strategy development to operational execution.

I am completing my Masters of Science in Human Resource graduating in March 2025. I have strong labour and employment law experience.  I have managed many organisational restructuring projects and have strong experience in building and shaping high performing teams.
