Experience

Office Administrator within the Insurance side of the Construction Industry.
 Ensure that the insurance requirements of existing clients are identified and met
 Growing volume of business
 Good Level of technical Insurance Skills / Excellent client service skills
 Identify and meet the insurance requirements of prospective and existing clients 
 Preparing client letters of intent for Contractors 
 Communicating with clients and insurance companies
 Receiving of all new clients – assisting with the set up of new Guarantee facilities and negotiations with the relevant Insurers for favorable terms
 Assisting with applications for all Performance / Retention and Advance payment Construction Guarantees
 Maintenance and management of all personal client portfolios 
 Learning and understanding a wide variety of construction insurance products
 Policy maintenance and renewal
 Submissions of all clients Annual Facility reviews
 Maintaining all client electronic folders
 Keeping up to date with current legislation and industry trend
 Arrangement of clients Guarantee and Insurance requirements 
 Ensuring clients have all relevant documentation in place to provide guarantees 
 Daily interaction with clients and other Insurers
 Constant follow ups on any premiums due and outstanding creditors
 Monthly follow ups on all clients complete and overdue guarantees, extensions placed for contracts that are still in progress
 Receipt of claims from clients from beginning to end- constant follow ups with the insurers and updates to client, ensuring they are settled timeously
 Managing Administrative duties such a photocopying, electronic filing, typing of quotes, ordering of office supplies.
 Proficient in Administration
