Professiona nurse qualified in nursing(general, community and psychiatry) and midwifery. Worked in a community setting with previous training for 4years in a hospital. Works along with doctors to assess all typed of patients, perform physical exam, psychiatry examination snd treat psychiatric conditions, counsel, test and treat hiv positive patients and follow-up on response to treatment, worked in the labour word, assess mother in labour, progression of labour, delivering healthy babies, detect problems in during labour and organize urgent referrals when necessary, worked in outreach where where all services are offered to the community.

I trained for 4years in a hospital setting doing everything a Professional Nurse does, i served in a community for one year where i was exposed more in general ward settings and mostly maternity ward caring for women in labour and successfully delivering healthy babies. I then went on to be hired at Inanda CHC where i found the heart for treating, managing following up on patients with HIV ensuring optimum health through vigorous health education on adherence and basic self care, monitoring and following up on viral loads and other blood results to ensure clients are the road to good health and long prosperous life. Then i worked in outreach doing everything from child care, immunizations, treating child and mum, young adults, adults and geriatrics providing health checks to men and women and providing all who are on chronic medications.
