• Provide leadership and technical support to on site staff.
• Focus and promote continuous improvement of processes.
• Final review of contractor’s data packs, reports, and other documents prior to submission to the client.
• Conduct root cause analysis. 
• Plan, execute, comply with, control, and ensure the quality of all pressure and non-pressure equipment (statutory or not).
• Review and approve quality control plans/inspection test plans on behalf of the client.
• Perform all inspections in-line with company policies and procedures and ensure adherence to related client specifications including construction codes.
• Identify, observe, and understand existing client processes, procedures, instructions, directives, specifications and ensuring alignment to work activity should any updates come into effect.
• Attend client organized meetings with contractors to discuss areas of concern, job progress and conformance to quality requirements.
• Provide detailed reports to client on daily activities / job observations.
• Reporting of any non-compliant work by means of NCR, relating to the schedule or quality of work.
• Following up to ensure that deviations noted during inspections or quality control interventions are adequately addressed and closed out (By means of NCR).
• Conducting compliance reviews or audits as requested.
• Capturing, updating, and closing of quality control plans on companies’ quality control system.
• Ensuring alignment of quality and statutory data on company’s quality control system as well as on the clients’ system.
• Minimize poor workmanship or planning/execution related delays.
• Identify risks which could potentially have financial or safety implications.
