Coming from a technical background in education, I am very flexible and adaptable. I am able to use my technical thinking to solve most problems and provide solutions. My phone etiquette is excellent as I have experience in a call center environment. I aim to add value to the company.

I have worked as a customer service call center agent(CCI Umhlanga) for about a year and gained more experience than I should have. I have also worked in a brush factory(Kinghorn Brushware) operating high end engineering machines and was promoted to night shift supervisor for a year. I got a job as a support office administrator for a company that dealt with forklift and other machine training(Trainsure-Tsebo Training) for about 8months. I have minimal waiter restuarant experience as I worked in various restuarants for part time work in Varsity. I offer part time tutor lesson as well.

I passed matric(George Campbell Technical High School) and started my Mechanical engineering diploma(Durban University of Technology) but not yet completed. Made it to final year and left with 4 subjects to attain my full qualification.
