. I am a highly organized and self-driven individual, passionate about developing my career in the field of finance, accounting, and human resources administration in the NGO sector. 

l have extensive experience managing finances of complex multimillion-dollar programs funded by USAID in Southern Africa. With a proven record of accomplishment of overseeing project finances for USG/PEPFAR-funded and other International Donors. I also have experience in the development and management of robust finance and accounting systems; ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting; establish and supervise effective procurement and guarantee compliance through internal controls, regular auditing, and risk management. 

I also provided training through capacity building sessions to subcontractors/sub grantees in relation to Grant and Financial Compliance. I am a highly organized and self-driven individual, passionate about developing my career in the field of finance, accounting, and human resources administration in the NGO sector

• Possessing more than 10 years of experience of working in diverse financial positions with multiple companies, I have gained an extensive insight within the finance, accounting 
• I have  a good understanding of USAID policies on Finance, Grants ,Human Resources and Procurement. 
• I have an internationally recognized qualification from a UK Professional Board called AAT and ACCA (part qualified)
• I also have HR administration experience including drafting staff contracts, recruiting and selection and processing monthly payroll.
