With my vast experience and formal background in Total Rewards paired with my 20 years of HR experience, 12 years in the Rewards environment having worked for different organisations, such experience has strengthened my knowledge and skills across different industries. 

Having attained most of the career goals that I have previously set myself, I am now keen to expand my professional ability. I strongly believe that I have all the qualities. In conclusion I want to state that I would be very grateful for a chance to prove myself, 

I have developed and implemented Reward Strategies and Compensation policies for three State Owned Entities that I have worked for successfully. I have attended all South African Reward Association (SARA) module during 2022 to equip myself of the latest Rewards trends and I’m in the middle of writing examination.

I have Bachelor of Administration, Post graduate diploma in Business management and Masters of Business Management ( MBA )
