enyeho, i am a young professional, passionate, hardworking 29 years old Chef de Cuisine with vast experience and kitchen knowledge . Highly motivated and innovative. My personality traits include none the less; punctuality, disciplined, high level of attention to detail, team worker, leader, deadline orientated, strategic planning and team management.

 I am head chef with over 3 years of experience in fine dining and quick service restaurant, I have developed a fine palate. I am easily able to recognize the small differences that a pinch of salt can provide for a dish. My sense of smell and taste have always been naturally very sensitive.

Additionally, I am an incredible multitasker with strong leaderahip and interpersonal skills, I am able to look at the line in the kitchen and immediately know which items are ready to be plated and which need more time to cook. That way I can work faster during the busiest dinner and lunch rushes.
