My name is Loyiso Mpondo . I am 33 years old . I was born in Port Elizabeth. I completed High School at Pearson High in 2007 . In 2008  I enrolled at Varisity College to do my Public Relations Diploma which I never completed due to financial reasons .I am a committed, highly spirited and enthusiastic person, always striving to achieve excellence in everything I set to do.  I have a strong desire to help people. I am also self-motivated and diligent person.I have extensive experience in Customer Service, Administration and Data capturing. Been a Service Advisor   has taught me how to deal with clients daily on a face-to-face level. It has taught me excellent communication skills ,  Strong admin skills and the importance of how front line staff  are the face of  the company .
