I have 5 experience working in the workers claims insurance and over 8 years in the customer service industry. I am detail oriented, able to work under pressure, a good communicator both verbally and written. I also have a strong ability in time management and working in a team environment. 

I am an experienced individual in the customer service industry. Five years in the insurance claims industry working for a reputable workers compensation company. 1 year experience working for a financial institution as a call center agent. I have also indulged in the manufacturing industry as a packaging operator and have the ability to handle materials. 

I have an incomplete Bachelor of Accounting degree in internal auditing with Unisa. I have a high school diploma where I obtained 5 points in my advanced level majoring in Accounting, Mathematics and Business Management. I also have 10 subjects in my GSEs Ordinary level where I obtained grades A-C. All these subjects included Mathematics, Accounting, Physics. Biology and English.
