I conduct data analysis, find root causes for poorly performing indicators in the HIV/TB cascade and develop quality improvement plans with QI teams in the clinics. I conduct stakeholders mapping and engagements with relevant stakeholders in order to layer activities from clinics to the community. I conduct skills audits, coordinate trainings and provide in-service trainings. I conduct performance reviews for junior staff. I monitor the use of company assets.

I have 16 years of experience in the Nursing profession and 8 years in the technical assistance field as a Nurse. I have worked in different projects in the HIV/TB field. I have been able to assist different facilities/clinics to improve performance through correcting systems, developing quality improvement plans and creating SOPs. I have supervised junior colleagues and was able to work harmoniously as a team. I have been able to create and maintain many relationships with different stakeholders that work with the Department of Health.
