My job description include answering incoming calls from UIF Clients by assisting them on how to apply the uif benefits, checking applications status & payments status, creating new tickets for first time caller and also assisting with UIF REFF number, assisting clients and to support them by answering UIF related queries, providing product knowledge information to clients.
