I worked as a sales consultant in the tertiary education field for 6 years where I had to deliver excellent customer service to both the youth and adults, I carried out efficient sales related administration, had to complete records of telephonic  interaction, appointments and other details on the system and capture accurate client information and presented at schools and I was also an event planner for the campus events. I have excellent communication skills,leadership skills, time management and problem solving skills and I am a critical thinker. I am fluent in both English and Afrikaans.

I have worked as a data capturer, debt clerk and sales consultant. Out of the three professions, I have found myself to enjoy sales and I am good at sales. I build relationships with my clients, deliver excellent customer service and I make sure I reach my targets and keep a friendly and professional working environment for myself and my colleagues.

I only have a matric certificate at this moment.
