I have been in the telecommunications industry for over 3 years, with exposure to sales, customer care and quality monitoring to both local and international campaigns.

I posses most of microsoft excel skills, communication as well as interpersonal skills.

I’m a long-standing candidate with an experience of over 3 years in the telecommunications industry.

I have worked for both local and international campaigns, I’ve done sales, customer care and currently work as a QA Coach.

Sky- a UK well known TV and Internet service provider as a sales consultant.

Altice - a USA TV and Internet service provider as a Quality Assurance Coach.

Vodacom - a well known service provider, as a Quality Assuranc Coach.

I completed matric on 2013 and furthered my studies at Elangeni TVET college studying for electrical engineering (N2-N6).
