About Lobisa Mashigwane :

A committed and driven Management Assistance Graduate with the sound understanding of aspects related to management and data analysis. I have acquired computer literacy skills through my academic study and in my resent work experience I was able to learn how to work under pressure to meet deadlines, I am a team player and appreciate culture diversity. Smart Home and Content department Telkom SA

Scheduled meeting for the CMO (Proposal meeting), Took minutes in varies meeting that the department had, responding to emails and scheduling meeting for clients that needed sponsorships, given tasks such as doing reaches, complied reports for Telkom one and I helped on anything/anyone that needed help (I am a good team player). 

October 2016 – March 2019

Administrator Telkom SA 

Processing applications for new customers that needed Fibre, filling of application forms, dealing with customer queries that had problem with their installation or cancelling their service, answering calls or responding to emails when customers needed clarity about a product or service and Scheduling meeting with the HOE of the estates.

Data Capture Housing Department at City of Tshwane

I managed fills making sure that everything is filled according to the way it supposed to be filled, handling customer problems that had housing issues or help when clients needed to sell their property, I was able to assist/advise them on what steps to take. Was able to assist if a client got an RDP, we organized transport and arranged everything for that person to settle in nicely when they get to their new house.
