I have vast experience in learning and development especially the development of critical skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics - the foundation of the innovation ecosystem. My highest qualifications are a Masters Degree in Science and a Masters degree in Business Administration and Leadership, I have assumed various roles within the research and development sector. My career spans fro being a a research scientist to a research and innovation policy administrator then learing and development. I have always been dedicated to the advancement of science and technology. I am a strategist, very analytical and good communicator.
