Lizelle Gevers

Empathetic, motivated, and hard-working BMUs and Psychology graduate with experience in teaching, counselling, research, and psychometric assessments. I have good communication and teamwork abilities, and offer critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
I am keen to expand my psychology-related knowledge and aim to pursue an Educational Psychology Masters degree in the future.

I only graduated recently, but I have some part-time experience in teaching, counselling, and sales. Most recently, I worked as a part-time English teacher at a rural primary school in KZN. I am currently completing a 6-month internship where we work full-time as student psychometrists. 

I am currently registered at the University of Johannesburg in the Short Learning Programme in Practical Psychometry. It is a 6-month internship that will end in December, after which we will be able to write the HPCSA board exam and register as psychometrists. I was placed at a company working mostly in recruitment and selection, but have gained valuable experience in the educational setting as well.
