Lindiwe Chimbalanga

I'm a 39 years old lady. I'm an employee of Woolworths since March 2005, I worked as a till operetor for 6 months, then moved to the Admin office as a Store Administrator. I do Finance, following up on store consumable orders, checking budgets and following up on expenses, issuing petty cash and capturing advances and expenses. HR: I process earnings and deductions for employees and capture their leaves. I also do Customer Services by attending to customer queries, checking on the sales floor for their required items if it's available or where to find in another branch. I'm passionate in assisting and working with people, I find joy in being their advicer or problem solver. 

It has taught me patience, confidentiality, responsibility and being a consistent individual. 

Management NQF L3: It has shaped me into being able to handle different personalities, understanding that people have different cultures and traditions, and being able to adapt and work with people.
