A highly self-motivated, accomplished and determined financial professional with over 12 years of diversified manufacturing experience in business support, planning, performance reporting and financial analysis. Extensive contribution to enhance internal customer interaction through immersion and business partnering. Proficient at strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting processes and ensuring they are produced accurately, cost effectively, and on time whilst adding value by providing insights and analysis.

I manage the reporting of operational performance and take appropriate corrective action where necessary to ensure achievement of objectives. Set and lead execution of the data and analysis reporting plan by creating templates to report data in a meaningful way. Make professional and technical recommendations based on findings on areas that have a significant impact on business.I oversee all aspects of production planning and control and the implementation of related systems and processes. Further, I drive effective flow of information between production, sales and procurement teams for short and long-term forecasting of material requirements and align the workflow to the forecasts to ensure effective scheduling. To reduce risk exposure I execute production risk assessments and identify mitigation actions. I produce and track department KPI’s to ensure that the department is performing in line with the business strategy. Lastly, I drive CI initiatives to improve throughput, product quality and service levels to our customers.

I hold two degrees: 

1. BCompt Financial Accounting that I obtained in 2017 from Unisa
2. BCom Honours Management Accounting that I obtained in 2021 from KZN.

I am have at the beginning of February 2023 submitted my thesis for examination towards a Masters degree in Accountancy.
