Lead and manage a team of technicians and assistants responsible for processing and preparing products for re-sale or disposal/ recycling. Ensure products are properly inspected and repaired as required by the quality code of conduct. Sourcing of repair partners and service providers/ suppliers. Coordinate with the Recoveries, Logistics, Procurement, and Fulfilment teams to ensure that all products are accurately tracked and accounted for. Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures, Processes and Forecasts for the Circular Flow team. Monitor team performance and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure that all team members are meeting their targets and objectives/ KPI’s. Identify and troubleshoot any issues or problems that may arise in the processing of products.

Plan, draft and sign projects and engineering drawings for manufacture, modification, repair of equipment. Compile inspection test plans and protocols. Outsourcing of testing laboratories for 3rd party checks. Review of vendor documents, design documents, FEED studies including FEA. Estimate calculations for vendor materials. Maintaining filing and record system for samples and test reports. Design calculations and reports for non-metallic vessels according to various design codes.
