About Lily Letsoalo:
I have been working as a Marketing professional since 2016 and greatly understand the creative and technical sides of Marketing in today’s society.
I hold a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing Management from IMM Graduate School of Marketing, where I completed my degree with 9 distinctions. I am extremely passionate about understanding consumers’ changing behaviours and how best to create work that speaks directly to shoppers, how and where it is most impactful.
As Marketing Manager of Mr D, I managed and lead a team of 5 Marketing associates, worked closely with the creative, brand, CRM, sales and operational teams to ensure a full service and supported experience for our customers. I also managed our partner relationships with restaurants, helping them get great ROI through running promotions and having effective advertising space on our platform. I also spearheaded the first Black Friday campaign for Mr D, which saw Mr D have it’s highest gross selling day yet at R3M.
I am a creative and insights driven Marketer, and this has helped me create campaigns that with positive returns in sales and brand reputation, salience and meaning.
