I am a results-orientated Call Centre Manager in insurance sales with a remarkable track record of outbound call centre sales results both as a Manager and Sales Consultant. At the beginning of my career, I became an Executive Sales Consultant within 3 months of joining the business and was regarded as one of the top consultants in a business of over 600 sales consultants. As a manager, I developed and build teams in the business such that they ended up being top performing teams. My advanced ability to reach and exceed business sales targets allowed me to receive numerous awards and certificates as a top performer in the business. As a Call Centre Manager, I have proven myself as a leader who is passionate about achieving and exceeding business sales targets.
