Implemented promotions to drive sales, increase brand awareness and incentivize current customers. Collaborated with other managers to plan and direct organizational tasks. Supported shrinkage and safety awareness, reviewed sales and inventory data, identified trends and prepared reports for management. Training and upskilling employees. Handle confidential information and documents with discretion and maintain their proper organization.
