I am an experienced administration specialist with a passion for delivering outstanding service. I am self-motivated, a team player with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. I have learned and mastered relationships management with both my colleagues and clients. I have learned the importance of research skills over the years. I am always looking to learn new skills, to take on extra responsibility and to grow professionally.

My journey started in the retail sector, followed by the medical sector then the insurance sector. My journey continued into the Tourism sector which expanded my knowledge in customer management and satisfaction. The Tourism sector introduced me to intense research, sales, marketing as well as revenue management.

My aim has always been to contribute to the profitability, productivity, and performance of a growth-oriented organization. Ultimately, my objective is to provide support in an environment where my own diverse service background and solid experience can be used into higher levels of expertise. I’m excellent in administration, my greatest strengths lie in being dependable, flexible and paying attention to details.
