I am a hard working, honest individual. I am a good timekeeper, always willing to learn new skills. I am able to work independently in busy environments and also within a team setting. I  have been practicing homestead and farming for consumers  for about four years in the rural area of South Africa whereby I have been working independently with the help of family . Within this period of four years I had acquired skills regarding fertilizing , cultivation, irrigation as well as harvesting.

I had worked with Town Planning Consultants Firm from the year 2019, witch I started as an intern then became a permanent from the year 2020 to the year 2022. Within my experience as a profession I had reviewed applications for residential, commercial and industrial development ,valuate alternatives and conformance with City policies, ordinances, the General Plan and state and federal laws, prepared staff reports to the Planning Commission and City Council regarding the applications. Compiled, organized, and analyzed city planning data on economic, social, and physical factors affecting land use, using statistical methods as well as recommended governmental measured affecting land use, public utilities, community facilities, housing, and transportation.
