Lesiba Joel Lamola

Lesiba Joel Lamola is a dedicated security professional with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He has recently joined the Road Accident Fund (RAF) as a Security Investigator, where he continues to apply his extensive knowledge and skills in investigations, crime prevention, risk management, and general security operations.

Before joining RAF, Lesiba worked with both private companies and government departments, building a solid reputation as a reliable and results-driven investigator. He holds a National Diploma in Policing, a Certificate in Public Management, and Matric (Grade 12). He is also registered with PSIRA (Grade B), demonstrating his commitment to professional standards and ethical conduct.

Throughout his career, Lesiba has taken on important responsibilities such as protecting personnel, safeguarding assets, investigating incidents, and managing control room operations. He is known for his attention to detail, integrity, and calm approach to handling even the most challenging security situations.
