I am recently worked as an  Area Manager that was leading 60 Cellular and Credit specialists in 42 Mr Price Stores and 1 Sheet Street Store
reporting directly to me, As an Area Manager I performe  the following duties:

Auditing all stores every month.
Conducting all interviews and placing available vacancies,
Training and coaching all associates to perform their duties at extra ordinary Pase.
Sharing strategic plans of the Area with head office during the meetings.
Pulling reports to feedback to head office and operations manager.
Attending Bimonthly meetings to feedback to the head office. 
Altering Cellular and Credit targets to suit the store performance in order for all stores to achieve their monthly targets that lead to the Area achieving the targets for all KPI'S and Specialists gaining their incentives for their good performance. Communicating with HR, Operations Manager’s Office, System support and Financial Services to resolve disciplinary issues as well as fraudulent activities and cases. Chairing Inquiries and
issuing of outcomes for both MRP Cellular and Apparel divisions . Attending CCMA cases. Resolving customer experience issues across the MRP Group.
