- Performing daily reconciliations.

Uploading and publishing suppliers invoices on hubdoc.

Import the bank statement to Xero for reconciliation.

Managing mailbox and invoices correspondence.

Ensure that all creditors invoices are processed accurately.

Loading payments accurately on FNB according to Finance approval mandate.

Processing payments and doing reconciliation for inter - Company payments.

Run Monthly depreciation.

Assisting creditors and debtors as required.

Balancing the VAT reconciliation payable to SARS every month.

Performing monthly management reports.

Manage the site asset register .

Keeping records of all queries.

Filling of the completed documents on site.

Scanning of documents.

Matching invoices with purchase orders,delivery note,credit note and generate goods received voucher.

Verify petty cash that comes from the various site  before payment can be processed.

Raising and capturing requisitions .

Reconciling employees cellphone billing according to their projects percentage.

Loading a vendor on the JDE system for payment purposes.
