Lerato is a seasoned professional in the Recruitment field with a career spanning over 10 years collectively. She has gained a wealth of experience from JSE listed, medium and small sized firms as a generalist, with a strong focus on the Finance, IT, and Supply chain niches locally, continentally as well as internationally. 

Lerato developed her career from a Recruitment Consultant, Senior Consultant, Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruitment Manager as well as a Business Owner. She has a deep passion for the Recruitment field and the ability to make a difference by changing people’s lives for the better.
