Experience
have been involved in the preparation and calculation of bills, invoices, account statements and other financial statements.
-Bookkeeping function up to trial balance, Monthly capturing & processing of debtors & creditors.
-Compiling statistical and financial tables pertaining cash receipts, expenditures, disbursement, accounts payables & receivables and profit & losses.
-Taking charge of cash transactions incidental to the business.
-Reconcile accounts, bank statements and any discrepancies found in records.
-Financial reporting.
-Updating excel based files to support analysis.
-Maintaining and evaluating records of financial transactions in account books and computerized accounting systems.
-General ledger preparation and maintenance for all month end & year end procedures.
-Preparation and submissions of VAT & PAYE reports.
-Preparation of bi-annual balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
-Preparation of payroll, wages, and related records for employee salaries & statutory record keeping purposes.
-Verify timekeeping information for all employees.
-Monthly payroll processing.
-Ordering Stationery & office supplies.
-Personal Assistant duties as required.
-Performing a range of accounting, administration and payroll tasks not limited to
Education
I have a National Diploma in Financial Accounting (ICB) NQF L6 and currently studying part time towards a Bachelor of Accounting SAICA accredited Degree.
